Step 2: Leave it with us
If your application is successful, we'll invite you for an informal interview with your local Water Babies business owner.
Step 3: Interview
If all goes well in your interview, we'll invite you to start training straight away. 🥳
Step 4: Training
We'll then go on to provide online learning which covers everything from scientific principles to risk assessments. You'll also have the opportunity to shadow our teachers in real classes to pick up how everything works. Then you'll be joining an 8 day residential course (all expenses paid!) in Devon where you'll explore our program in depth with highly experienced Water Babies mentors. Finally, you'll complete a few more shadowed lessons before you conduct classes of your own!
